RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the product/s with order number, full name and address of delivery. Upon receipt, I will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange and to organize the return.

All returned products must be unused and in the original packaging.


Original and return postage is non refundable except for the damaged products

Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased on our website

 

 

DAMAGE ITEM

In case of damage during delivery, wrongly delivered goods or a defective product, please contact me by e-mail glassland@yahoo.com within two working days of receipt of the consignment.
I will then contact you back as soon as possible to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

 

DON'T LIKE WHAT YOU ORDERED

If you don't like the product you ordered you can request refund or exchange by sending me an e-mail but in that case shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of original and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  For exchange, you will also be charged the cost of shipping of the new item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or has parts missing  for reasons not due to our error.

 

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

 

SHIPPING

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
